With no planning permission required (in most cases) and quick install times of between 1-3 days depending on the size of your studio, getting a man cave for your garden is an easy decision with Sanctum Garden Studios. If your in doubt about whether planning permission please get in touch- we have a planning consultant who can take you through the planning process and apply on your behalf if needed!

We include our own engineer-designed foundation system which takes the stress and additional cost of having to have a concrete slab laid prior to install (although if you have one we can work with this!) away.

How much space will I need?

This ENTIRELY depends on how much space you have available firstly, and what you will use it for. A dedicated cinema room? The perfect size for a pool table? A place to rest your head after a hard day of grafting? Somewhere to hang out with the guys?

Decide on the essentials for your man cave and go from there. A good idea is to mark out the area available in your garden so you can visualise the space. If you want to put games equipment such as a pool table inside, remember to factor in space all around the table to cue!
